Terms of Use
Last Updated: January 15, 2026
Welcome to Jymbron. These terms govern your access to and use of our educational platform focused on physics-based 3D game design. By accessing our website or participating in our programs, you agree to be bound by these terms. If something here doesn't work for you, please don't use our services.
Acceptance and Scope
These terms create a binding agreement between you and Jymbron, operating from C. del Puente Colgante, 17, 47007 Valladolid, Spain. They apply to all aspects of our educational services, including website content, learning materials, community interactions, and any related resources we provide.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. When we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be communicated through email or a notice on our website. Your continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
Educational Services
Jymbron provides instruction and resources in physics-based 3D game design. Our programs start in summer 2026, with applications opening in spring. We aim to deliver quality education, but results depend heavily on your effort, prior experience, and dedication to learning.
What We Provide
- Structured curriculum covering physics simulation, 3D modeling workflows, and game engine implementation
- Access to instructional materials, video content, and project templates during your enrollment period
- Community forums where students can discuss concepts and share work
- Technical support for platform-related issues during business hours
- Portfolio development guidance based on industry standards
What We Don't Guarantee
We don't promise employment outcomes, specific skill levels, or career advancement. The game development industry is competitive and unpredictable. Success depends on factors beyond our curriculum, including your natural aptitude, work ethic, networking abilities, and market conditions when you seek employment.

Intellectual Property Rights
The content we create—including video lectures, written tutorials, code examples, and 3D assets—belongs to Jymbron. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use these materials solely for your personal education during your enrollment.
Your Work
You retain ownership of projects and assets you create during our programs. However, by participating, you grant us permission to display your work in promotional materials, portfolio showcases, and as examples for future students. We'll always credit you when using your work publicly.
Third-Party Resources
Our curriculum may reference or link to external tools, engines, and libraries. These are governed by their own licenses. You're responsible for complying with the terms of any third-party software you choose to use in your projects.
Payment and Enrollment
Program fees are due according to the payment schedule outlined during registration. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. Prices are listed in euros and include applicable VAT.
Refund Policy
You may withdraw within 14 days of enrollment for a full refund, provided you haven't accessed more than 20% of the course materials. After this period, refunds are prorated based on time elapsed and content accessed. No refunds are available after 60 days from enrollment or once you've completed more than half the curriculum.
Delinquent Payments
If you're on a payment plan and miss a scheduled payment, we'll notify you via email. Access to new materials will be suspended until your account is current. After 30 days of non-payment, we reserve the right to terminate your enrollment and restrict account access.
Privacy and Data Protection
We collect and process personal information in accordance with GDPR and Spanish data protection regulations. This includes your name, contact details, payment information, and learning activity on our platform.
How We Use Your Data
- To deliver educational services and communicate about your enrollment
- To improve our curriculum based on how students interact with materials
- To send relevant updates about program changes or new offerings
- To comply with legal obligations and respond to valid requests from authorities
Your Rights
You can request access to your personal data, ask for corrections, or request deletion of your information by contacting help@jymbron.com. We'll respond within 30 days. Note that some data must be retained for legal or administrative purposes even after account closure.
Disclaimers and Limitations
Our platform and educational content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy and reliability, we can't guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free content.
Limitation of Liability
Jymbron's total liability for any claims related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for your current enrollment period. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.
This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by Spanish law. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain liability exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Educational Outcomes
We make no guarantees about specific learning outcomes, skill acquisition rates, or career prospects. Game development requires sustained effort over time. What you get from our programs depends primarily on what you put in.
Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or behave in ways that harm our community. We'll typically provide warning before termination unless the violation is severe.
Voluntary Withdrawal
You can close your account anytime by emailing help@jymbron.com. Depending on when you withdraw, you may be eligible for a partial refund according to our refund policy. After account closure, you'll lose access to course materials, though you'll retain ownership of your original project work.
Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint, please contact us first at help@jymbron.com. We'll work in good faith to resolve the issue. Most problems can be addressed through direct communication.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes that can't be resolved through negotiation will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Valladolid, Spain.
EU Online Dispute Resolution
If you're an EU consumer, you can also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. However, we're not obligated to participate in alternative dispute resolution procedures.
Technical Requirements
Our platform requires a modern web browser with JavaScript enabled. For practical work, you'll need a computer capable of running 3D game engines—typically Windows or macOS with dedicated graphics hardware. Specific requirements are provided during enrollment.
We're not responsible if your hardware or internet connection prevents you from accessing materials. Make sure you meet the technical requirements before enrolling.
Miscellaneous Provisions
These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Jymbron regarding our services. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision doesn't constitute a waiver of that right. We can't transfer our rights and obligations under these terms, but you may not assign yours without our written consent.
Questions About These Terms
If anything here is unclear or you have specific questions about how these terms apply to your situation, reach out. We'd rather clarify things upfront than deal with misunderstandings later.
